III. Description and Scope of Data Processing

  1. Visitor and Usage Data
    Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system. The following data is collected:

    • Protocol information (e.g., protocol type, version, requested action, status codes, or details on data transferred, such as size of a request or response)

    • Depending on the application, specific details such as message IDs for emails or browser information (User-Agent string) or the page from which the visitor arrived

This information is stored for a maximum of 180 days for data security reasons to ensure system stability and operational reliability.

The strict adherence to the instructions of the controller is particularly important concerning the transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization unless the processor is legally required (under Union or Member State law) to carry out such processing. In such cases, the processor must inform the controller unless prohibited by law due to significant public interest.

We do not conduct independent web analyses on our website and do not use web analysis tools (such as Google Analytics). As such, the visitor and usage data mentioned above are not evaluated.

    We use cookies on our website to make our offering user-friendly. Cookies are small files automatically created by your browser and stored on your device (e.g., laptop, tablet, smartphone) when you visit our website. Cookies remain stored until you delete them, allowing us to recognize your browser on subsequent visits.

When selecting residency in the fund information section, the entered data is linked to a session cookie. Once the cookie is removed, the data is no longer available.

Session cookies are automatically deleted when the user ends the internet session, such as closing the browser after a purchase or banking transaction. Other cookies are programmed to remain stored in the browser for years unless manually deleted by clearing the browser cache.
